Meet Your Licensed Massage Therapist

Nancy Stenger

Nancy Stenger

Licensed Massage Therapist

As a competitive athlete, I struggled to find a massage therapist in the area who could really give me the pressure that I wanted and needed. I discussed this problem with other athletes at my gym and found out they had the same issue as well. Other athletes avoided massage all together because they didn’t feel comfortable in a spa, they “just wanted their muscles worked.”

Ultimately, I’m an athlete working for athletes. I understand the need to compete and know the conditions that competitive athletes put their bodies through. I of all people have no right to judge them for that. I understand that athletes are constantly being criticized for their extreme lifestyles, and I aim to create an environment to celebrate their achievements and hard work. I’m an athlete, so I understand athletes.
